An egg has high nutrition food value there are various kinds of nutrients within an egg. It has high protein the protein that is of good high quality for is amino acid necessary for the body the part in the yolk that has various kinds of nutrients for example protein fat. The vitamin and the mineral. The fat in yolk is doesn't include omega-3 which is the fat to help decrease the heart disease risk level occurrence in the blood. The vitamin that is not in an egg is the vitamin C. The iron in an egg is equal to animal meat but chew easy not sticky like animal meat. This is easy for an infant and the elderly who get into trouble about the tooth. Folic acid is a substance that protect white pale blood and protect the congenially deformation that is a necessity in the location of a woman womb. Choline is a substance that help to reinforce the memory helps the development in a child who is growing up to see. That an egg is the food gives the completely nutrient while cheap and other food that is equal can pretend the food has various kinds of the values.
